All TESMAP technicians are trained by Tesmec at their plant in Italy. The technicians have vast experience of installation and commissioning of more than 250 stringing sets in India.

TESMAP puts a  big emphasis on training the TSE operators on the job sites. Today in India more than 450 TSE operators are trained & certified by Tesmec. This training to the operator is provided for operations, maintenance & safety of the work. TESMAP training to the operators and maintenance staff is provided on the job sites and with audio visual presentation in Hindi. TESMAP technicians keep in touch continuously with the trained TSE operators & guide them all the time for trouble free operation of their equipments.
